When in downtown Tacloban
Follow the advise of the ocean, “Sea life’s beauty,” you
will definitely find it at Chewlove
restaurant located along Gomez St. near Sto.Niño church.
Meet your ‘NACHO girl” and experience a “love at PORK
sight.” Let her be your “Pork ever
love,” and allow your “CHEEKY feelings” indulge you. Do when she says “FRY me to the moon” and be
in utter surrender if you don’t want a “BANANA break-up.”
All these is because once upon in Chewlove you said “BEEF my
lady” and I’m “crazy PORK you.” So stop being a “CHICKboy” and always “STEAK to
one.” Stay MUD-ly inlove” if you want
the “GIRL on FIRE” to be ‘GINGERELY yours” forever.
“FISH be with you” all…
Chewlove's interior and "Love at Pork sight meal," it is real. |
My favorite corner. |
Shake off your cheesiness, stride and find the “RUSTIC Coffee.” Have a quick drip of drip coffee and superb
churros with choco or caramel dip at this quaint and zesty shop located at the
(almost) corner of Burgos and Paterno sts.
You’ll love the spot.
Rustic corner overlooking the side's street. |
Accommodation
There are plenty of hotels and Inn to choose from in Tacloban
City depending on your budget, here are the hotels where I stayed so far.
Go Hotels located besides the Robinsons Tacloban at Tabuan National Highway, Tacloban City, Leyte. Approximately 10 minutes away from the airport. Room rate starts from 1,300 - 1,700.00. I stayed in this hotel various times because of its accessibility, and the simplicity and cleanliness of its rooms.
Z-Pad Residences - Zpad Residence is like a second home in the East. It has an upscale, hip
and modern amenities that provides a feeling of a "home-type" comfort, each unit consists of 2 or 3 bedrooms with common lounging and dining area.
My home from April 13-16, 2015. It is cheaper to book directly to the hotel.
